Stromek Foundations to drive business transformation with ePROMIS ERP

Stromek Emirates Foundations LLC, a subsidiary of construction conglomerate Al Arif Group has implemented ePROMIS ERP to accelerate digital transformation and position the company for long-term growth.

In a project stakeholder meeting held at Stromek’s head office, officials of ePROMIS Middle East & Africa and Stromek mutually agreed on the live running of new ePROMIS ERP software system. Khalid Al Arif, the Group Administration Manager of Al Arif Group, also attended the meeting.

“Our project sites being spread out at various locations,” said Ayman Hilal, Stromek’s Finance Manager. “We wanted greater visibility of our projects, manpower, and equipment; this was one of the reasons for choosing ePROMIS ERP which is an integrated platform,” he remarked.

Speaking at the meeting, Liju Mathew, Regional Marketing Manager – ePROMIS the Middle East & Africa said: “ePROMIS ERP will help Stromek establish good budget control practices, around which they can analyze project profitability and enhance business planning.”

According to Sam P. Mathai, Senior Project Manager – ePROMIS ERP, a major challenge was the short timeline within which go-live was to be achieved. The project schedule was met successfully with the motivated effort of the ePROMIS implementation team and continued cooperation of Stromek’s management led by Eng. Ahmed Al-Adl, the Managing Director. The newly implemented ePROMIS ERP system will automate key business functions of Stromek including Human Resources, Finance, Projects, Procurement, Assets, and maintenance.

Stromek contributes substantially to the development and growth of foundation works sector by offering piling, shoring, ground anchors, earth support services. The company expects strong and stable growth within the coming years, benefiting from the current boom in the Middle Eastern construction sector.
