Coronavirus: Sinoboom donates first batch of face masks to global industry customers
Shipment of 100,000 masks goes out from powered access equipment maker’s Chinese production base to more than 27 countries worldwide
Chinese powered access equipment maker Sinoboom has donated 100,000 face masks to global industry customers, it’s first such batch of masks for international distribution.
The Changsha-, China, based company said the masks were sent out from its facilities in the Sinoboom Industrial Park on April 2 to Italy, France, Poland, Germany, South Korea, Turkey, Japan and a further 27 countries around the world.
While China’s epidemic situation is said to have stabilised, the situation in many countries has undergone major changes and is serious. Sinoboom said that in its keenness to help overseas partners, Susan Xu, general manager was deputised to instruct staff to urgently source protective materials for supporting the overseas partners as much as possible and helping in protecting against the epidemic.
“We may be in different lands, but we and our friends around the world are all under the same sky,” said Xu.
“Sinoboom actively shoulders its social responsibilities and fulfils its role as a leading industrial enterprise. This is another large-scale industry donation, following the provision of 136,000 masks free to people in China’s domestic MEWP and access industry in February, at the height of the domestic epidemic. Let us help each other and fight the epidemic together. Hoping for the fog to lift as soon as possible, and for sunshine and smiles to reach every corner of the world.”
