Binghatti East on track for September delivery
$16mn project features 60 residential units and part of Binghatti’s extensive Silicon Oasis portfolio
Binghatti Developers says its $16 million Binghatti East project, currently under construction in the Silicon Oasis area of Dubai, is on track to be delivered in September.
Covering a construction area of 14,000sqm, Binghatti East features 60 residential units, including 40 one-bedroom and 20 two-bedroom apartments.
The basement, ground, and five residential floors of the six-storey building have already been completed, the Dubai-based developed said in a statement, with the final works being processed at an “accelerated pace”.

We have reached a business model that suits all customer segments, including real estate investors, as our speed of projects’ delivery allows investors to realise investment returns in record time through leasing or reselling,” said Muhammad BinGhatti, CEO,Binghatti Developers. “The centrally located community of Silicon Oasis has proven to be an excellent area for both end users and investors seeking long term rental returns thanks to its plentiful facilities and amenities, as well as its proximity to major landmarks in Dubai.”
Binghatti East is one of a number of projects that are currently being developed in Silicon Oasis including Binghatti Stars, Binghatti West, Binghatti Sapphires, Binghatti Crystals, Binghatti Platinum, Binghatti Vista with a total of 1,122 units being currently developed.
Muhammad BinGhatti concluded added: “We consider our commitment to delivery times as a priority, which is a well-known fact solidified by timely deliveries of all Binghatti’s past projects”.
