Hidromek introduces new earthmoving machinery series
The ‘Hidromek Next’ series comes with LIDAR technology designed to make operating zones safer, says the manufacturer
Earthmoving machinery specialist Hidromek launched its new generation machine series ‘HİDROMEK NEXT’ at Bauma 2022.
The new series includes the HMK 140 LC crawler excavator, which is equipped with inclination sensor, swing sensor, e-dig wall and e-trench systems, together with LIDAR technology. In addition, the HMK 130 CS soil compactor and HMK 680 MG motor grader are also equipped with LIDAR technology, improving the safety of the operating zone, the company said.
The machines were on display at Bauma along with ‘HİDROMEK Opera,’ a new remote-controlled operator cabin for backhoe loaders, hydraulic excavators, motor graders, wheel loaders and soil compactors.
In February 2021, the company said it had achieved the 50,000-unit overall machine sales landmark and, in May 2021, it introduced its new 52t-class large excavator.
Hidromek Opera has been designed to allow the operator to “use any Hidromek machine remotely at any place and time without sacrificing comfort,” the manufacturer explained.
The firm also leveraged Bauma to demonstrate its new HMK 630 Wheel Loader, which can be remotely controlled using the HİDROMEK Opera system. It also exhibited a wide range of crawler and wheeled excavators belonging to the H4 Series, as well as its new fourth-generation backhoe loader family, the K4 Series.
In June 2021, Hidromek launched the HMK 635 WL wheeled loader.
