ADHA announces new protocols to ensure safety of customers and staff

Customers will be required to show the appointment confirmation SMS on arriving at the service centre, the authority said

Customers will need to book appointments and present a negative COVID-19 test certificate to take advantage of services at Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) customer service centres in the city, the authority has announced.

According to a statement, the initiative aims to ensure the health and safety of customers and employees, whilst also providing a smooth and safe experience for all.

The protocols and measures include presenting a negative COVID-19 test, dated less than one month before the date of the visit, and committing to precautionary measures such as physical distancing, wearing a face mask, and downloading and activating the Alhosn UAE app.

ADHA stated that it continues to offer services across all digital platforms and seeks to provide social stability and promote happiness among all citizens in Abu Dhabi, through the housing services it offers.
