Azizi awards India’s Prestige Construction contract for 8 buildings at MBR City’s District 7
Azizi Developments, the Dubai-based real estate developer, has announced that it has awarded a construction contract to India’s Prestige Constructions, for the construction of eight buildings in District 7 of MBR City in Dubai.
A statement from the developer said that the construction of the eight buildings will be carried out in the sizeable Victoria project, and that the construction contract for the buildings is set to be worth several hundred million dirhams.
Planned as a new residential destination in MBR City, Victoria has a total built up area of 29.73 million square feet. The community is home to over 27,555 units spread across 105 mid- and high-rise residential buildings and will be one of the greenest residential destinations in the emirate.
Azizi said that Victoria’s design will be inspired by Southern European-clustered town configurations, comprising high-street features from British-Georgian downtowns. It added that the development will be host to a lush green outdoor space, along with an array of health-focused and recreational amenities.
Mohamed Ragheb, Executive Director – Engineering Division at Azizi Developments, said: “Our contract with Prestige Constructions underlines our focus on working with best-in-class contractors to develop projects that reflect the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.
“With its proven track record and successful execution of projects across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah, Prestige Constructions brings a wealth of experience, the latest construction technology, industry best practices, and expert personnel to this mega-development, ensuring that build quality meets and surpasses our clients’ aspirations,” he concluded.
