Decree issued by Ruler of Dubai sees two plots of land released in Dubai Investments Park
The government of Dubai has added more land to the areas where non-Emiratis may own real estate properties in the Emirate.
According to the decree issued by Sheikh Mohammed in his capacity as the Ruler of Dubai, two plots of land have been released for foreign buyers in Dubai Investments Park on a leasehold basis for up to 85 years.
Dubai has several areas where expatriates can buy property on a freehold basis, including Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residence. Dubai Investments Park hosts the Green Community, which recently saw the launch of 2,000 apartments, available on 95-year leases, that make up the Ritaj development.
