UK firm seeks Middle East expansion
Engineering solutions provider appoints new regional development head to implement strategy
UK-based Costain, which has a well-established presence in Abu Dhabi, focussed on the oil and gas market, has named Tim Bowen as Regional development director, as the engineering solutions provider steps up efforts to secure work in the Middle East.
The former Costain highways director has been tasked with expanding the firm’s reach to encompass design, construction and maintenance in rail, water and highways in the region.
“Tim Bowen will now take responsibility for implementing strategy in the Middle East and ensuring our customers there receive the same broad scope of service which we offer in the UK markets,” said Andrew Wyllie, Costain Group chief executive.
