Union Properties starts work on third phase of Green Community in Dubai

Construction project will take the total number of residential units on the development to 1,765
Union Properties has begun construction of phase three of its Green Community development in Dubai Investments Park, according to a statement.
The project features 226 homes – including 210 villas and 16 duplex apartments – along with retail space. It is expected to be completed by mid-2017, Union Properties said.
Sharpoorji Pallonj Mideast was named the contractor for the project, which will be designed by Dewan Architects and Engineers.
Phase one of the Green Community has 719 units, with phase two consisting of 836 units. The new development will bring the total number of residential units up to 1,765.
