Sobha launches ‘affordable luxury’ project in Dubai
Hartland Aflux will offer space utilisation, with sizes of the apartments reconfigured as per customer needs
Sobha Group, the Indian-owned real estate developer with several projects in Dubai, has announced the launch of an ‘affordable luxury’ project, which will comprise of two L-shaped buildings within the integrated freehold community on the Dubai Water Canal.
Set in the heart of Dubai, the Hartland Aflux is being launched as part of the Sobha Hartland Greens Phase III project, the developer said in a statement. The buildings will consist of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, it added.
More than 70% of apartments in Phase One and Two of the property have been sold, Sobha said, adding that they will have the same quality as the Hartland Greens apartments in Phase One and Two.
Unveiling the project, PNC Menon, the founder and chairman of Sobha Group, said: “With almost four decades of experience in the Middle East, we are committed to providing urban living close to the city centre and make it accessible for our consumers of various nationalities.”
“This project caters to affordable luxury segment and offers the perfect home for modern families or nuclear families and first time buyers without compromising on the renowned Sobha quality,” stated Menon.
“There is a perfect balance of space utilization where the sizes of the apartments are reconfigured as per the customer’s needs. The ticket price of these apartments will be much more attractive than the earlier offerings,” he added.
The configuration of the buildings includes two podiums and a 12 floorplan, which emphasis placed on privacy and lifestyle demands. Apartment sizes will range from 468 to 1,378sqft, making them smaller than the average Sobha Hartland apartment.
Furthermore, the apartments will have an unobstructed views of the Dubai Canal, along with 2.4 million sqft of green spaces and villa communities around it, the developer said.
According to Menon, the product has been developed with both investor and end user category in mind. “Also it will have many features and benefits that would differentiate this product from our existing ones,” he noted.
“Phase III of Sobha Hartland has left no stone unturned in terms of lifestyle and recreational facilities. The residents will have access to a pool along with a waterfall, jogging track and kids play on podium level. It also has retail on ground floor and an Outdoor Gym. There are also apartments on the podium level which will have a private garden,” he added.
The Hartland Aflux project is likely to be completed in October 2019.
