Ohana Development and Jacob & Co launch new project
The proejct will feature apartments, villas, penthouses, sky mansions, canal-front mansions and beachfront mansions
Ohana Development has partnered with Jacob & Co to unveil Jacob & Co. Beachfront Living by Ohana. The development is set to redefine beachfront living in Abu Dhabi, offering residents direct beach access, sea views and a resort-style experience.
Inspired by Jacob & Co. and the creativity of Ohana Development, the project offers two distinctive living experiences. The villas collection combines avant-garde architecture with beach views surrounded by a natural reserve, while the beach view apartments feature residences designed for comfort and with luxurious finishes. Both experiences offering curated amenities amidst a setting that celebrates the harmony of nature and luxury, the statement explained.
Located in Al Jurf, the project will enjoy unparalleled connectivity, positioned near Al Maktoum International Airport. Its prime location is further enhanced by direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road, the main highway connecting the two emirates.
Units at the project include one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, three- to six-bedroom villas, as well as penthouses, sky mansions, canal-front mansions and beachfront mansions. The project is scheduled for completion by Q2 2028.
