Remarks: This project will be located at Sadaf Complex in Jubail in Saudi Arabia and being implemented in partnership with UK/Dutch Shell Group. It is still in early planning stage and the scope and budget has not yet been decided. Polyurethane is derived from monomers and combines qualities of rubber and plastic. Uses for the material include high performance adhesive, synthetic fibres, insulation panels, seals and gaskets, as well as a number of applications in the automotive industry.
