EFS annouces contracts worth AED100m in Abu Dhabi
Contracts with Musanada and twofour54 increase presence in Emirate
EFS Facilities Services has won projects worth more than AED100 million, from Musanada and twofour54, a subsidiary of the Emirate’s Media Zone Authority.
Musanada awarded EFS a contract worth approximately AED 63.00 million for three years cleaning of more than 480 mosques in Abu Dhabi. The company already manages more than 640 mosques from a previous contract worth AED 72.00 million where the company provides electrical, mechanical and plumbing facilities management services.
EFS was also awarded a three year contract to provide facilities management services to all the twofour54 properties in Abu Dhabi.
“These new projects based in Abu Dhabi are strategically very important for EFS, the projects reinforce our commitment to strengthen the company’s presence in the Emirate,” said Tariq Chauhan, group managing director, EFS Facilities Services.
“We will allocate our best resources to secure the success of the contracts,” Chauhan added.
