Gavin Davids

Gavin Davids joined CPI Media Group in May 2012 as the online editor for Big Project ME. Undertaking a comprehensive redesign of the website, he was soon appointed as deputy editor of the magazine itself, before taking over as full time editor in 2014. Big Project ME is the regions leading monthly construction periodical, talking to contractors, subcontractors and manufacturers about the core issues facing the GCC and MENA construction industry. Over the last five years, Gavin has garnered extensive experience about the industry, having travelled around the globe and interviewed some of the industry’s biggest players. He has a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Southern Queensland and has previously worked on MEP Middle East, Construction Week, Arabian Business and Building Connection.
