Golf residential community Victory Heights celebrates completion
Event attended by representatives from Dubai Sports City, RERA
Golf residential community Victory Heights recently held a special ceremony to celebrate its completion.
Located around the Els Club Golf Course in Dubai Sports City, the community comprises of 961 villas and townhouses, besides other facilities such as a championship golf course, Els Club House, a golf school, community centres and a mosque.
Yasser Abdulrahman Al Raee, general manager of Victory Heights said, “we are very pleased to have completed this landmark development during a period saddled by global financial crisis and volatility in the Dubai real estate market.”
President of Dubai Sports City Khalid Al Zarooni stated the community “is a major milestone towards realising the vision of Dubai Sports City being the destination of sports in Dubai.”
Eng. Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) was also present at the ceremony. The ceremony highlights Dubai’s growing optimism in the property market following the Expo 2020 win, which has led to heightened construction activity across the emirate and UAE alike.
