Haulotte redesigns its service contracts offer

Access equipment manufacturer offers warranty extension, maintenance contract and full-service contract in three-pronged offering

Haulotte has repackaged its service contracts offer to address specific customer needs for buyers of its new and used equipment, making the contracts modular to improve daily competitiveness.

The global powered access major said in a press release that “whether customers buy a new machine or a used one, it is Haulotte’s priority to ensure that they get the best from their equipment”.

“By delegating the maintenance operations to Haulotte Service experts, customers can focus on their business. The equipment is in perfect condition and always complies with the existing regulations,” said Haulotte.

The new modular service contracts from Haulotte come in three separate streams: warranty extension contracts, maintenance contracts and full-service contracts.

Describing them, the Haulotte release said: “The warranty extension contract enhances profitability up to five years. Because genuine parts, labour and travel costs are included, customers easily keep their maintenance costs under control. The new maintenance contract calls upon the expertise of the Haulotte service teams. They review the equipment according to the maintenance manual programmes and identify potential threats on the machines. In case of intensive use, the brand-new heavy-duty option makes it possible to perform maintenance operations twice a year. For absolute peace of mind, the full-service contract combines the benefits of the warranty extension and maintenance contracts at a preferential rate.”

Haulotte added that its service contracts have been refined to bring more legibility and peace of mind. They help customers to control their Total Cost of Ownership. “The Haulotte technicians’ know-how combined with the use of genuine spare parts maximise the fleet’s uptime and optimise the residual value of the machines,” said the manufacturer.
