Ellington Properties starts handover of Eaton Palace in JVC

Developer has four other projects in development in Jumeirah Village Circle

Developer Ellington Properties has begun handovers of its Eaton Palace residential development in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). Eaton Palace joins the developer’s three other residential developments in JVC – Belgravia, Belgravia II and Somerset Mews.

According to a statement, the community-focused development celebrates Ellington’s values of design and technology integration. The development features 110 studio, one- and two-bedroom residences overlooking a resort-style courtyard.

The homes are said to offer serene interiors and are ‘on-trend with a palette of pastel neutrals, which take inspiration from the tonalities of the desert rose’. The project is said to reflect the aesthetics that set the developer apart, the statement said.

“In a short span of time, we have set benchmarks for our design-centric approach, and the integration of technology, arts and excellent community facilities. This latest residential development is another proud addition to our portfolio, and we look forward to welcoming our first residents and the evolution of Eaton Place as a vibrant residential destination,” explained Robert Booth, MD of Ellington Properties.

The residential development is said to be ideal for those seeking to be part of a trendy lifestyle neighbourhood. They are also a valuable investment proposition, assuring strong return on investment. The homes also assure strong rental yields, given its location in JVC, regarded as one of the high-growth corridors of Dubai, the statement said.
