RSS and RSI join forces to provide remote power and modular buildings
Combined power, cooling and modular buildings base creates ‘largest pool’ of integrated resources in GCC
Temporary power and cooling specialist Rental Solutions & Services (RSS) is partnering with modular buildings experts Red Sea International (RSI) as the two companies look to supply “fully functional modular accommodation with power, cooling, wastewater processing & water supply infrastructure at any remote location.”
“Following the successful delivery of several joint projects over the past 15 months, we are delighted to have formed a strategic alliance with RSI and to join forces in delivering large-scale and fully-integrated temporary power and cooling solutions to customers across a wide range of industries including Oil & Gas and Events, which are key growth sectors for us at RSS,” commented RSS’s Group general manager Russel Moxham.
“As the largest manufacturer of modular buildings in the GCC with over 40 years of experience in the market, RSI is the ideal partner for RSS and we look forward to creating great synergies for clients through our combined service offering,” he added.
RSI CEO’s William Ali Mills said the strategic partnership will deliver a full service capability currently lacking in the GCC rental market.
“Clients today need the ability to source all their requirements under one roof whereby they are assured the difficulties are of operating in a remote location or under tight timelines can be achieved economically and efficiently, said Mills. “RSS is a leading player in the GCC for remote power and cooling solutions and we are pleased to have reached this agreement and are confident we can jointly serve the market through this alliance. Saudi Arabia will form an important part of our growth strategy, with growing activity in concerts, sporting and entertainment events all of which require a fast track solution for temporary buildings and power set up.”
