Ewaan to showcase villas at Alfareeda for prospective buyers
Saudi real estate firm opens four villas following completion of Phase One of $319m development
Saudi real estate firm, Ewaan Global Residential Company, has opened four prospective homebuyers show villas at its Alfareeda residential project in northern Jeddah, following the completion of the first phase of the $319.3m development.
Designed specifically to meet the growing demand of home ownership by the middle class segment, Alfareeda consists of more than 2,000 residential units, educational facilities, medical facilities, mosques, a shopping centre and a sports club.
“We are now ready to host prospective buyers at our onsite show villas,” said Fahad al-Mutawae, CEO of Ewaan Global Residential Company.
The developer is offering four types of villa; Dar al-Husson villas themed after the style of Red Sea towns; Dar al-Rehab villas in Spanish-Mexican style; Dar al-Muna villas that reflect the character of old Jeddah; and Dar al-Sa’adah villas inspired by the architectural heritage of the Mediterranean.
