Dubai’s Emaar Properties says it is set to launch the Creekside 18 residences in The Island District of the Dubai Creek Harbour community.

Located close to the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, the 6 million sqm Dubai Creek Harbour is being jointly developed by Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding. The community will be home to the Dubai Twin Towers, a mixed-use development billed to be the tallest twin towers in the world.

The upcoming Creekside 18 residences will consist of two 37-storey towers featuring 480 residential units. Investors will be able to choose from one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with an additional level of podium apartments also on offer.

Residents at the Creekside 18 will have access to a marina, yacht club, ferry terminal creek pier, lighthouse and harbour point, as well as hospitality and F&B amenities. The project will also feature a retail podium featuring international fashion brands and independent boutiques, Emaar Properties said.

Potential buyers will be able to register their interest on Emaar’s website for sales events to be held simultaneously in Dubai and Doha on September 12, 2015. In Dubai, the sales launch will be held at the Dubai Creek Harbour Sales Centre from 10am, and in Doha, at the W Hotel from 9am.

Emaar Properties is also offering long-term investors and end users the opportunity to register for the Emaar Preferred Access programme. Investors who make a down payment of 30% of the property’s total value and maintain ownership until hand-over is completed will be offered preferred access and the opportunity to own homes, subject to conditions.
