Dubai-based Majid Developments has announced that steady progress is being made on its prime residential development – Mayfair Gardens – situated in Jumeirah Garden City, with project in its final stages of construction.
A 12-storey residential building, Mayfair Garden will feature 64-apartments with a mix of studios and 1-bedroom units. It is due for handover by September.
According to Majid, the apartments feature high-quality finishes, marble accents, contemporary fittings, ample storage and natural lighting. Kitchens are equipped with energy-efficient appliances.
At the time of the sales launch, the units were priced at US $238,205 onwards, said the developer.
