Union Properties agrees Motor City development

More than 150 villas and 50 apartments to be constructed in Motor City’s Green Community

National Properties, a subsidiary of savings and investment company National Bonds Corporation signed an agreement with Union Properties undertaking a  development at Green Community in Motor City.

National Properties will develop the integrated project including high-end homes and luxury villas in two phases, the first of which is expected to begin in Q2 2014. Completion is expected by the end of 2015.

“We are confident that our strategic agreement with Union Properties to develop a quality project will complement the vision and objectives of the Green Community in Motor City,” said Mohammed Qasim Al Ali, general manager of National Properties.

The first phase of the project will involve the construction of 78 luxury villas over an area of 330,000 sq.ft. 74 luxury villas and 58 apartments (two and three bedrooms) will be developed in six floors across an area of 425,000 sq.ft in the second phase of the project in Dubailand.
