Eagle Hills Diyar inks retail deal with Trafalgar Luxury Group

The group is said to have partnered with several international and local brands and has a presence across the Middle East

Developer Eagle Hills Diyar has inked a deal with Trafalgar Luxury Group. The deal will see the Aigner, Furla and Marli brands take retail space at Marassi Galleria mall, which is part of the developer’s larger Marassi Al Bahrain project.

According to a statement, the deal with Trafalgar Luxury Group is the first step towards integrating the brands into the mall and will see the introduction of a new region-specific concept store, Marli.

With the ambition and commitment to expand in the region, Trafalgar Luxury Group is pleased to kick off Marli in Bahrain at Marassi Galleria, the statement noted.

“We are pleased to be signing the agreement with Trafalgar Luxury Group to bring not one, but three prestigious brands to Marassi Galleria. This step aligns with our mission and vision to become a global provider of quality retail and leisure offerings, contributing towards the enhancement of the Kingdom’s overall retail sector. We aim to provide shoppers at Marassi Galleria with the highest calibre of retail outlets and introduce new concepts, providing a wealth of options to our visitors as we set new shopping, leisure and entertainment standards across the region,” Diyar Al Muharraq managing director Dr Maher Al Shaer.

Locates within Marassi Al Bahrain, Marassi Galleria is a 200,000sqm shopping mall that the developer says will house some of the world’s top retailers and is expected to set a new benchmark in retail experience in Bahrain and the region. Construction of the mall is expected to be complete by H2, 2022.

The addition of Trafalgar Luxury Group’s three primary brands will serve to fortify the mall’s position as a premiere mid to high-end lifestyle shopping centre with retail areas extending to the beach, while merging with the leisure and recreational activities located on the beachfront, the statement concluded.
