JLL announces Khawar Khan as new regional head of research
Khan was previously employed with DP World and prior to that Knight Frank
JLL has appointed Khawar Khan as its new head of research for the Middle East, Africa & Turkey region. He replaces Dana Salbak who is moving into a new role as director, EMEA Living Research & Strategy for JLL, based in London.
In his role, he is responsible for managing market research and commentary on the region, and will contribute to the firm’s global, research publications by developing localised content, the firm said.

According to a statement, Khan was previously employed with DP World and prior to that Knight Frank. He joins JLL with a strong track record in delivering research studies for a range of high-profile clients in the Middle East, as per JLL.
He added, “I would also like to thank Dana for the incredible results she has achieved over the past few years. We are so pleased she is remaining within the JLL business and we wish her well in her next role.”
Khan has 13 years of experience covering the built environment across EMEA in various roles, including as a professional economist, researcher and a client-side advisor, the statement concluded.
