Oman’s Naizwa Charitable Team has inaugurated its first project, codenamed ‘Maskani’, which includes building the first housing unit for limited income families, it has been announced.
According to a report by Oman News Agency, the unit, equipped with the necessary accessories and furniture, is built on a space of 208 square meters, with a cost of $77,920 for each house.
The inauguration ceremony was held under the patronage of Dr. Khalfan Said al-Shuaili, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, the report added.
