Aziz Developments to handover 499-unit ‘Star’ project in June
Project’s residential units include 334 studios, 48 one- and 94 two-bedrooms apartments and 10 sky villas
Azizi Developments has announced that 98% of construction work has been completed on its residential project in Al Furjan. The developer says that it is poised to handover ‘Star’ in June, which comprises 499 units, 486 of which are residential with the other 13 being retail spaces.
According to a statement from the developer, the structure, blockwork, internal plaster and tiling are complete, while HVAC and MEP works stand at 98% complete. Progress on the external works has reached 90%, with the swimming pool now being more than 87% complete. Façade works now stand at 100%, and overall finishing and elevator works are nearing completion, the developer noted.

With construction progressing so rapidly, we are seeing approximately 10,000 units being completed this year, with Star alone marking 499 of these. This prestigious community will see hundreds of families receiving their keys in a matter of weeks, which fills us with immense pride.
