Booz Allen Hamilton appoints Bruno Wehbe to MENA real estate team

Wehbe previously worked at Arabian Centres and managed a portfolio of property in excess of $4bn

Bruno Wehbe has been appointed as the new MENA vice president of Booz Allen Hamilton’s Real Estate & Investment practice.

According to a statement, Wehbe boasts consulting expertise that spans a number of related industries and other high-profile engagements. Wehbe was previously chief portfolio and strategy officer for Arabian Centres, where he is said to have managed 1.3m sqm of properties worth more than $4bn.

Souheil Moukaddem, executive VP and Booz Allen Hamilton’s MD in the MENA region commented, “Wehbe brings with him a wealth of experience in the real estate sector and will support our clients with high-impact solutions as they navigate a dynamic environment,”

Wehbe also co-led the IPO of the company in 2019, which is said to be one of the Kingdom’s largest listings of the past decade, the statement noted.

Commenting on his new role, Wehbe stated, “I am excited to be back with Booz Allen and look forward to being a part of this stellar team of professionals, working within the vibrant real estate industry across the region. I look forward to serving the region’s national champion developers in defining winning strategies and transformation programs to meet the fast-evolving business landscape.”
