Sodic and Mobica partner to launch new office concept in Egypt
Wide range of office sizes and furniture designs will cater to the taste and needs of a wide segment of office seekers, firm says
Egypt-based real estate developer Sodic has inked a deal with Mobica to introduce Work-Plex. Billed as a new office concept in the regional market, offices and workspaces developed and finished by Sodic and furnished with Mobica solutions will be offered on a lease basis.
According to a statement, the plug and play concept will enable clients to start their business with no initial investment, making for an accessible, efficient and hassle-free experience. Sodic also said that the concept allows clients the freedom to choose tailored layouts and their preferred interior look and feel.
“The newly introduced office solution is one of many new innovative concepts we are rolling out to the market, in line with our customer focus approach,” said Sodic’s managing director Magued Sherif.
Mobica’s CEO Mohammed Farouk Abdelmoniem added, “We are very excited to work with Sodic on this new concept that meets the needs of both of our customers in one innovative and practical offering.”
The new solution will debut at The Portal Business Park in Sodic West and is planned to be offered across all its commercial projects at a later stage. The statement noted that the business park is located at the centre of Sodic West, surrounded by established retail, entertainment and commercial venues. The development is said to include over 30,000sqm of Class A office space and ground-level retail.
