The partnership will allow entities to share industry best practises and expertise needed to develop integrated projects

Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) has announced their partnership agreement with Dell Technologies, which will witness both organisations combine their expertise in emerging technologies to drive the joint development of engineering and technology projects in the Kingdom.

According to a statement from SDAIA, through this strategic collaboration, both entities will share industry best practises and expertise needed to develop integrated projects that will serve public sector entities’ technology needs across Saudi Arabia.

The MoU with Dell Technologies is designed to work with SDAIA to leverage solutions within AI, cloud, data analytics, and enterprise storage. The new MoU comes within the framework of SDAIA’s efforts to activate the national strategy for data and AI, which was recently approved by the Saudi leadership and plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of data and artificial intelligence within the Kingdom and the world, it added.

“Dr Esam Al Wagait, director of Saudi Arabia’s National Information Centre, said: “At SDAIA, innovation is at the heart of everything we do. We are excited about the growth and opportunities created by the fourth industrial revolution, and we are constantly striving to deliver products and services that are developed around advanced emerging technologies.”
