Property brokerage firm to focus on UAE market
Niraj Masand – co-founder of Banke International.
Real estate brokers Niraj Masand and Porush Jhunjhunwala recently announced the launch of Banke International, a property brokerage firm focussing on commercial and residential properties in UAE.
With almost 20 years of collective experience with companies such as Better Homes and Hamptons International, the duo has established Banke hoping to break the clutter in the local real estate market.
Niraj Masand was previously associated with Emaar PJSC and Better Homes, and he was most recently involved in driving and directing the real estate operations of Hamptons International across its growth markets.
Porush Jhunjhunwala worked with Better Commercial for the past six years, and his core strength has been sales and leasing. Reports suggest he has represented various entities in commercial property transactions worth $680.6 million.
Banke’s head office is on Sheikh Zayed Road and amongst its services, it offers residential & commercial sales and leasing, property management and property consultancy.
