Riviera Group announces opening of La Riviera Apartments
Residential tower is located close to medical facility, school, public transport, shopping centre, convenience stores and a highway
The Riviera Group has opened its new $34 million 22-storey La Riviera Apartments tower in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). The residential tower features 144 apartments split between one- and two-bedroom units and two retail units.
According to a statement from the firm, the La Riviera Apartments project guarantees high-quality living within a vibrant community of like-minded individuals.
The tower is said to feature a 25ft-high grand entrance lobby with a car drop-off facility and hotel style elevators. The developer says these facilities add to the luxury lifestyle feel of the tower.
The project takes opulence to the next level and is certain to appeal to both younger first-time buyer/investors and seasoned home-seekers, thanks to the efforts of one of UAE’s longest-standing architectural and construction engineering consultancies, Bel Yohahah, said the Dubai developer.
