UAE’s Oasis Coils & Coatings opens new facility in Al Quoz Industrial Area of Dubai
Oasis Coils & Coatings (OCC), one of the UAE’s largest HVAC coil and heat pipe manufacturing companies, has opened a new facility after expansion in the Al Quoz Industrial Area of Dubai, it has announced.
In a statement, the company – a member of the Al Shirawi Group of Companies – said that as part of the expansion of OCC’s existing facility to a fully integrated coil manufacturing and coating plant, it has launched two new coil production lines and a second spray coating area.
OCC specialises in the manufacturing and coating of HVAC coils.
The inauguration was commemorated by a ribbon-cutting ceremony in the presence of the company’s CEO Navin Valrani and COO Pramodh Idicheria as well as other members of the leadership team and staff.
“Today, we have created a milestone in the company’s history. With this new facility, we will significantly increase our production capacity and meet the growing demands of the market,” Valrani said.
“The expansion was made possible by OCC’s existing presence in the region and it showcased our ability to lead in the HVAC industry,” he added.
In the UAE since 2005, the company has today become one of the largest HVAC coil manufacturing and coating companies in the region.
“Our commitment to producing quality products, exceptional customer service and timely delivery has helped us establish a loyal customer base in the region. As a result of exceptional growth and the need to meet the increasing demand of our customers, a factory expansion was a natural next step in our journey,” remarked Idicheria.
“This new facility will allow us to leverage our current management and supply chain expertise to take us to new heights,” he stated.
Roshan Roy, the global sales manager, said the new facility was a significant investment in the coating of coils and was aimed at ensuring a complete solution to the customers.
OCC is a key manufacturer of all types and sizes of finned tube coils for a broad range of industrial applications and has also obtained certifications such as ISO 9001 and AHRI.
It is also the exclusive licensee of Heat Pipe Technology (HPT) and exclusive distributor of FreshAire UV Germicidal Lamps in the UAE, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait.
