Doka agrees new African distribution deal

Waco Africa subsidiary Form-Scaff secures sole rights for sub-Saharan Africa and Indian Ocean

Formwork specialist Doka says it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with that gives Form-Scaff, a subsidiary of Waco Africa Pty Ltd, sole distribution rights across sub-Saharan Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands.

In a statement, the Austrian company said the agreement came into effect on 1 August, 2019.

The deal effectively makes Waco Africa one of the largest formwork providers on the continent in terms of presence and capacity through Form-Scaff.

Doka looks forward to supporting Waco Africa Pty Ltd through its engineering expertise and contributing towards the development of a region that includes several of the world’s fastest growing economies.”
