Ciaran Lynch named head of CBRE Property Management Service line in Bahrain
Lynch was previously deputy general manager at Impact Estate in Bahrain
The CBRE has appointed Ciaran Lynch as head of its Property Management service line in Bahrain. He will be responsible for leading the property and facilities management teams.
According to the CBRE, Lynch will take on a key role in the Kingdom. He is said to boast ‘unparalleled knowledge of the local market’ and will be able to offer a variety of property management services to a range of businesses and government entities.
CBRE has a 15-strong property management team in Bahrain and is said to manage a portfolio of 24 properties including retail, commercial office, industrial and residential properties. The annual rental income stands at around $27m, while the total lettable area under management is estimated at 265,000 sqm, according to the statement.

Lynch is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and specialises in property and facilities management, and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors as well as the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.
