Pantheon Elysee on track according to developer

Affordable luxury project is the developer’s second offering in Jumeirah Village Circle

Work is progressing at pace at the $49m Pantheon Elysee residential development in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle, according to developer Pantheon Development.

12% of the project’s structural work has been completed, while MEP work is 3% complete.

Pantheon Elysee consists of 268 residential units as well as retail outlets. The project is being delivered by Al Khawajah Engineering Consultants and CJTech Contractors.

“We are pleased that the work for Pantheon Elysee is well on track. As an organisation, delivering on time has been our distinguishing factor, which has led customers to trust in us. Given the way the project is shaping up, we are confident that the tenants will be able to move to their residential and retail units by end of 2020,” said group founder and chairman Kalpesh Kinariwala.

Kinariwala also said that the UAE’s construction and realty sector are experiencing a shift, with affordable luxury driving the next level of demand.

“The new trend will accelerate further growth of the sector, consolidating the UAE’s position as a construction and realty giant on the global map,” he added.
