Samana Developers completes superstructure of Samana Greens project

The project is located close to the Miracle Gardens in Dubai’s Arjan area

Samana Developers has completed the superstructure of its freehold Samana Greens project. The developer says its $20.4 million residential project comprises 131 units and is on track for delivery in February 2020.

The developer broke ground on the project in February 2018 and says that the completion of the superstructure has given it credibility within Dubai’s real estate market.

“As Dubai’s real estate market matures further with tighter regulations and transparency, property buyers are looking at real assets and the quality finishing as well as the timely delivery of the project – that reflects the Samana Developers’ integrity – we felt our obligation to construct the project before we ask buyers to put their money into the property. Therefore, we are continuing with the project’s construction works so that the buyers could see the property and decide on purchasing as we believe – ‘Seeing is believing’,” said Imran Farooq, group CEO, Samana Group.

According to a statement, the project is being developed in line with green building codes and will be LEED certified. The project relies on grey water treatment systems to produce irrigation water, uses solar panels and green appliances to lower energy consumption and boasts green spaces.

“As our maiden project, we are very much focused on the timely delivery with promised quality so that the buyers could call it their home and be proud of the amenities,” stated Farooq.

The green and sustainable development will complement Dubai’s vision for sustainable projects, the statement said.
