Emaar launches the second phase of its Expo Golf Villas
The residential project will be located in the Emaar South community
Property developer Emaar has launched the second phase of its Expo Golf Villas project after an ‘overwhelming response’ to the initial launch of the villas in September, the developer said in a statement.
Located 10 minutes from the Expo 2020 Dubai site, phase two has a limited collection of three and four- bedroom premium villas overlooking an 18-hole championship golf course. Only seven minutes from the Al Maktoum International Airport, the project is situated in Emaar South- main boulevard.
Emaar South is a joint venture with Dubai South, and will have townhouses, villas and apartments along a 7 sqkm project. It will feature a walking and bicycle track along with a public transport network and is aimed towards catering to the demand within the Dubai South development including those working at Al Maktoum airport, Aviation District, Business Park, Exhibition District and Humanitarian District and Logistics District.
According to the statement from Emaar, the cost of the three-bedroom villa starts at $272,215, with investors having the opportunity for a convenient payment plan with monthly instalments which can be paid over an extended period of five and a half years.
The family villa is estimated between 110-140 sqm, each having muted natural palette to match the interior design choices of the residents, Emaar said. Other amenities include neighbourhood parks, an outdoor swimming pool, kids-play area, a gymnasium and a community centre.
The developer said that the residential community will serve the requirements of entrepreneurs and professionals looking for a serene lifestyle in a nature-friendly environment. The community is located about 30 minutes from Jebel Ali and 50 minutes from Abu Dhabi.
