Global Realty Partners completes Arjan project on time
Developer casts final slab on its eight UAE project
Dubai-based developer Global Realty Partners says it has “finished casting the final slab” of its still unnamed project in the Arjan district of Dubai
Global Realty Partners added in a statement that it will begin starting to hand over units in December.
The completed building, situated between the Umm Suqeim and the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed (E311) arterial roads, comprises six ‘prime’ retail units and 88 apartments in studio and one-bed formats ranging from 42sqm and 100sqm, explained the developer. Other amenities include a fully equipped gym, indoor lap pool, steam, sauna, and sensory experience shower areas.
All units will come standard with German engineered wardrobes and cabinetry, soft-closing doors and Grohe bathroom fixtures. Global Realty Partners says the building adheres to Dubai Municipality’s newly established Green Building Standards code, “including a proposed green roof, bicycle parking, electric vehicle parking, and low-flow water fixtures.”
Global Realty Partners is part of the Gulf Global Group which was by Arshad Wahedna in 2002. The Arjan project was the eighth undertaken by the group in the UAE adding to a $250 million portfolio including The Palladium Tower in Dubai’s JLT and the Lamborghini Building on the city’s Sheikh Zayed Road.
“On completion, our project will add the necessary inventory to the rapidly developing and sought after Arjan sub-market,” Wahedna commented in a statement.
