Azizi Development’s Shaista Azizi to be complete by end of 2018
Project is one of five the developer is building in Al Furjan
Construction on the $72m mixed-use Shaista Azizi development is expected to conclude by the end of 2018. According to Azizi Developments, the project is advancing at a fast pace with façade works, mechanical and electrical installations progressing to the eighth-floor. External works are also said to be moving according to schedule.
Shaista Azizi will have 12 residential floors, which will offer a total of 284 units, comprising 137 studios, 124 one- and 23 two-bedroom apartments, in addition to 7,100sqft of retail space. The project will offer parking facilities, a swimming pool and a gym.

According to the developer, Al Furjan is ‘rapidly becoming a sought-after location and is only a 10-minute drive away from Ibn Battuta Mall and adjacent to Discovery Gardens, Jebel Ali Village, and The Gardens’. Al Furjan will also be connected to areas such as Dubai Investment Park and the Al Maktoum International Airport, via the Route 2020 metro expansion.
