“We are delighted to welcome Ben to our team, who brings with him a wealth of experience and whose skills will be a great asset in our goal of providing the best possible service to our clients,” commented Craig Ross, partner and head of the Project and Building Consultancy department. “It’s an exciting time for Ben to join as we are finding an increasing demand for our core building surveying services both in the local and international market and will therefore look to establish him as a key leader in the team and also the wider building surveying profession in the Middle East as a qualified RICS APC Assessor.”

Expected to work alongside Ross, Walker said he was, “thrilled to have joined a forward thinking and technologically advanced company like Cavendish Maxwell who have gone from strength to strength since being established in 2008.”
