Cavendish Maxwell appoints new associate partner in Project and Building Consultancy
Benjamin Walker MRICS brings top-tier international client expertise
Chartered surveyor and property consultant Cavendish Maxwell has appointed Benjamin Walker MRICS to oversee the operations of the firm’s Project and Building Consultancy team.
Walker joins with a brief to further develop the business line, adding his extensive international experience and knowledge “which will strengthen the capabilities of the team,” said the firm in a statement.
Walker has amassed over 13 years of building surveying and project management experience gained in the UK and New Zealand. Walker moves from heading up the building consultancy department for the New Zealand arm of a global real estate firm.
According to Cavendish Maxwell, Walker was instrumental in providing key advice to top tier international clients on some of the largest acquisitions in both New Zealand and Australia. Walker specialises in technical due diligence, lifecycle costing, condition surveys, dilapidations and project management of alteration and refurbishment projects.
