$40.8m Binghatti Platinum on track to complete January 2019
Binghatti Developers currently have 981 units being developed across three projects in Silicon Oasis
Binghatti Developers says its $40.8 million project Binghatti Platinum currently under construction in the Silicon Oasis district of Dubai is on course to be delivered in January 2019.
The Dubai-based developer revealed that construction is “being processed at an accelerated pace” with two basement levels, ground, and four residential floors of the 13-storey building already completed.
Binghatti Platinum features 170 residential units, including 99 studios, 71 two-bedroom apartments, four retail units and is spread over a construction area of 29,000sqm.
With construction of the Binghatti Stars and Binghatti Crystals projects also underway, Binghatti Developers currently have 981 units being developed in Silicon Oasis.
