Tameer hands over Princess Tower
98% of the world’s tallest residential tower has been sold out, developer says
Dubai-based property developer Tameer has delivered the world’s tallest residential building, the 414m Princess Tower.
Built on a land area of 3,475.5 m2, the tower comprises of six basement levels, a ground floor and 100 levels above. The $408.4m Princess Tower offers 763 individual units, including one-, two-, three-bedrooms and penthouses and is supported by 957 parking bays, and eight retail shops located on ground level.
About 98% of the tower has been sold out, Tameer said.
This is the second delivery by Tameer, majority-owned by Saudi investors Al Rajhi Group, within a few weeks.
The developer had earlier handed over Elite Residences, a 381m tall residential tower, standing just 50m away from Princess Tower.
