National Piling and Bloom complete enabling works on Bloom Towers
Three high-rise project is scheduled for completion in Q4 2020
Bloom Properties says contractor National Piling has completed the enabling works at Bloom Towers, its residential development located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) in Dubai.
Bloom Towers was launched at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2017 and is scheduled for completion in Q4 2020. It is planned to include three independent high-rise buildings comprising a total of 944 units built over a four-level podium.
According to the developer, two towers are allocated for sale, featuring 689 contemporary studios and one-bedroom apartments boasting a timeless and elegant design and quality finishes.

Bloom Towers is situated in proximity to the upcoming Circle Mall, as well as a community center, parks, retail outlets, schools, playgrounds, and mosques. Bloom Properties says that it is being targeted at the mid-market housing segment and has attracted high investor uptake following its launch, “due to its accessible location and excellent potential for rental and capital value growth.
