Luxury housing project is open for purchase from both Omani nationals and expatriates
Real estate services firm, Savills Oman has announced has said it has received positive response after the official sales launch on September 9 for the latest addition to the country’s luxury housing sector, Badr Muscat Hills.
The developer had appointed Savills Oman last May to market the development, which features 20 luxury homes, at Muscat Hills Golf & Country Club.
“Since we launched the property on Sunday we have had a lot of very serious enquiries about the 20 townhouses that are on the market,” said Chris Steel, managing partner, Savills Oman.
The project has freehold Integrated Tourist Complex (ITC) status and is open for purchase to both Omanis and expatriates.
Freehold owners are granted a residence permit for themselves and their immediate family members, subject to government regulations.
