Mina by Azizi project to be delivered in Q3, 2018
Project offers one- and two-bedroom units and four penthouses, as well as six retail units
Azizi Developments has issues a statement saying that work on its Mina by Azizi project is progressing at pace and will be delivered in Q3, 2018. The developer notes that finishing and façade works are currently underway.
The $212m development is spread over an area of 11,244sqm on the Palm Jumeirah. The lifestyle destination will boast 120 one-bedroom units, 54 two-bedroom units and four penthouses.
“The market is witnessing a demand for projects in iconic waterfront locations and Mina by Azizi on the Palm Jumeirah was conceptualised to address this need. The project will offer community amenities and beach access, which will transform residential living on the Palm,” said chairman Mirwais Azizi.
The developer says that the project’s design and prime waterfront location on the crescent of the Palm Jumeirah make it one of the UAE’s most sought residential projects.
“In addition, it will include a total of six retail units across an area spanning 16,500 sq. ft. The project’s presence on one of the most prime locations in world will provide significant returns for those looking to live for a luxurious lifestyle,” added Azizi.
