Solidere deploys Yardi to manage Saudi residential project
Residential compound boasts 600 units
Developer Solidere Qortuba has issued a statement announcing that it has deployed Yardi’s solutions to manage and maintain its Wadi Qortuba residential compound in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The mobile-ready Yardi Residential Suite helps streamline the developer’s property management operations, while Yardi Advanced Maintenance is said to enhance residents’ experiences at the compound by maintaining best-in-class services.
“Our focus has been to deliver solutions that focus on helping clients deliver an exceptional and seamless resident experience. We are very excited about working with Solidere and the Wadi Qortuba Fund in Saudi Arabia; it serves to further demonstrate the rapid adoption of our residential platform throughout the Gulf Cooperation Council,” said Neal Gemassmer, vice-president, international, at Yardi Systems.
Wadi Qortuba is spread over 270,000sqm and boasts 600 units. The development is adjacent to a commercial strip and is said to reflect Riyadh’s rising profile. The compound is expected to attract a diverse mix of families and young professionals.
The compound boasts 11 neighborhoods, 4km of pedestrian walkways and 30,000sqm of commercial real estate.
