ASGC completes foundation work of Emaar’s Harbour Views project in Dubai Creek Harbour
ASGC, the Dubai-based construction group, has announced that it has reached a major milestone on the Harbour Views project by Emaar in Dubai Creek Harbour.
In a statement, the contractor said that the raft to the eighth-floor level has been completed on time, and that 20% of overall progress in the construction of two high-rise residential towers has been achieved.
Furthermore, ASGC said that the foundation of the buildings was completed ahead of schedule, with a total of 17,800 cubic metres of concrete used for the concrete work for the two towers.
The contractor added that it is utilising advanced monitoring and controlling systems, such as 4D simulation planning, while also delivering updates using BIM modelling and drones to provide progress photos and videos to the client throughout the construction process.

Located in the Gallery Park area of Dubai Creek Harbour, the Harbour Views project comprises of two high-rise residential towers with 50 floors each, three floors podium, and two basements with total built up area 1,921,485 square feet
