Asteco, LFC to launch property auction website
Alliance will enable institutional and private investors from overseas to invest in local property
UAE-based property management firm Asteco and real estate auction website LFC International have entered into a partnership agreement aimed at providing global marketing solutions designed for property owners in the country.
Asteco said the deal aligns its strategic goal to deliver internationally-recognised sales and management solutions, by providing their clients with the capability to market properties internationally via an online auction.
The alliance will enable institutional and private investors from overseas to invest in local property through a safe, secure and transparent online auction, said Elaine Jones, CEO, Asteco Property Management.
“We live in a digital age and along with QR codes and smartphone ‘apps’ clearly online auctions have an integral part to play in the virtual property marketing mix, both now and in the future,” added Jones.
