Bloom launches enabling works for JVC project in Dubai
Bloom Towers targets the mid-market housing segment of Dubai real estate sector
Enabling works have commenced for Bloom Towers, a residential development located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) in Dubai, with National Piling appointed to execute the project, Bloom Properties, the developer behind the project, has announced.
Launched three months ago, the project is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2020, said the developer, which is a Bloom Holding business specialising in the development of integrated and sustainable communities.
It added that Bloom Towers has attracted high investor uptake due to its location and potential for rental and capital value growth. The project targets the mid-market housing segment and is the Abu Dhabi-based master developer’s second project in JVC.

Located on Al Khail Road, the project offers residents a short commute to Dubai’s business hubs and free zones, while also being situated in proximity to the upcoming Circle Mall, as well as a community centre, parks, retail outlets, schools, playgrounds and mosques.
Consisting of three towers with a total of 944 units, Bloom Towers have two towers allocated for sale, the company said in a statement. These will comprise of 689 studios and one-bedroom apartments, along with a range of facilities such as swimming pools, a jogging track and indoor and outdoor gyms.
