Dubai’s Damac announces new golf course towers
Golf Vita residential blocks to be located in Damac Hills
Dubai-listed real estate developer Damac Properties has launched the Golf Vita residential towers at Damac Hills. The developer says that the towers offer one- and two-bedroom units, with panoramic views of the nearby golf course.
Damac says that the new development offers luxurious golf lifestyle living in a master community at affordable prices. The new apartments are expected to go on sale on Saturday 29 July, 2017.
“Golf Vita has been designed to provide every apartment owner with a panoramic view of a world-class international golf course, which until today, has been the privilege of the few who can afford a luxury villa overlooking a golf course,” said Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president, Damac Properties.
“With a very competitive starting price and an even more competitive payment plan, Damac has made it possible for more apartment owners to enjoy such scenic golf views without needing to spend millions for it.”
The development is located close to the Trump International Golf Club Dubai. The 18-hole championship golf course was designed by Gil Hanse who also designed the 2016 Olympic Games golf course in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
